/a>\nUtility Engineering & Surveying Institute and TRACCS UESI Canada and
TRACCS are pleased to present this workshop Solving Utility Conflicts on R
 ail Projects: Date & Time: Tuesday\, June 16th\, 2:00 - 5:00 p.m. Location
: The International Centre\, Aviation Ballroom C (Entrance 5) ABOUT THE WO
RKSHOP: Existing Standard ASCE 38 and use in coordination with TAC UCM DBB
and TAC UCM P3 The session will provide a in depth look at the published
ASCE 38 and its impact on Utility coordination. This standard the ASCE 38
is the foundation of utility coordination and will guide the future of uti
lity coordination standards of how to collect\, depict existing infrastruc
ture. How to document the validated utility information. Where utility inf
ormation is used as a baseline deriving from the accuracy to a point that
can set a risk mitigated\, future utility coordination project from facts
and not assumptions. Objectives *Education of the ASCE 38. * Understanding
of application of ASCE 38. * Understanding how ASCE 38 will impact utilit
y coordination * Integrated approach of use of the TAC DBB and P3 while re
lying on validated information from the ASCE 38. * What to ask for and whe
n? Afterwards a look at the geophysical tools used.
